  • 100 grams of white shrimp

  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • ½ cup of boiled water
how to do
  • Combine the garlic and red chilli pounded together. When it's rough enough because we will continue to stir.
  • Set the pan over medium heat. When it's hot, put the oil in. Followed by the pounded ingredients and stir until fragrant.
  • Add the fillets of sea bass while adding boiling water to make the fillets cook more easily.

  • When the meat is cooked, add young pepper, galingale, kaffir lime leaves and chili peppers, then stir to combine again.
